Refund and Returns Policy

At Priniz, we want to make sure you’re satisfied with your shopping experience. Here’s a summary of our return and refund policy:

Replacement/Refund Timeframe

You can request a replacement or refund within 27 days of purchase. After 27 days, we can’t offer a replacement or refund.

Return Service

We currently don’t offer returns. Instead, we provide free replacements for defective items. No need to return the original item.

Customized Products

We don’t offer exchanges or full refunds unless the item you receive has a major problem. This is when the item is:

  • Significantly different from the description or the preview shown to you;
  • Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier;
  • Not what you ordered

For other cases (not mentioned above) we will negotiate with you the most suitable treatment. For other cases, we’ll work with you to find a suitable solution.

Submitting a Complaint

To submit a complaint, please email us at [email protected] and provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Video/image of defective product
  • For printing errors, attach a photo of the error
  • If items are missing, provide an image of the package cover with the shipping label
  • Full delivery address
  • Contact phone number

Our support team will review the photos/videos you submit, and if your item qualifies, we will resend the product to you at no additional charge. In rare cases where a replacement is not practical, we will reimburse you for the full cost of the eligible product, including shipping costs.

Refunds

We issue refunds to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are processed within 72-96 hours of eligibility verification.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company and bank, as there may be some processing time involved. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it. However, if the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
